TEBAK SLIDEWAY GREEN COLOR: PTFE-based linear bearing material with low friction for machine tool industry linear bearing applications. Skived PTFE compound, one side chemically etched for bonding. Low friction without stick-slip, chemical resistant to coolants and slideway oils, high wear resistance, vibration damping.
Standard width: 100mm, 200mm, 300mm. Other size width is also available, please inquiry. Suitable for machine tool rebuilds — worn linear bearings can be machined back and brought to original working heights by applying SLIDEWAY material of suitable thickness.
